Delivery Information

 

Shipping is handled directly by oeuvres.alice-miller.com, from pickup to the final delivery to the customer.

  • Worldwide delivery: Estimated 1-2 business days.

  • Tracked shipping: A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your package in real time until it's delivered to you.

  • Premium carrier: All artworks are carefully packaged, protected and insured and shipped with a premium carrier or an appropriate postal service, depending on the shipping method selected, except for the 10.5 × 14.8 cm format, which will be shipped via Colissimo for deliveries within France and via the local postal service in other French-speaking countries.

  • Customs not included: The price does not include customs fees. Most countries do not charge import tax on original artwork. Customs fees (if applicable) are calculated upon arrival by the customs office and will be billed separately by the carrier.
